To create a National Housing Bond paying 5% Tax Free Interest to provide the funds needed to build Social Housing which would be administered by Local Housing Associations. The rental income from the new homes will cover the Tax Free Interest. Any sales of the housing would be re-invested in yet more social housing. The money will be strictly ring-fenced to provide only for housing.
