Nobody should be allowed to have in their possession firearms except for people such as farmers who use firearms in their daily working lives. Anyone using firearms as a sporting activity should only use firearms stored securely at the club they are a member of and under no circumstances should they be allowed to hold such firearms privately. Anyone such as farmers who are licensed to hold in their possession firearms should have their licenses & their psychological fitness reviewed annually by both the senior police officer who granted the license & an independent review body
