Petition Control and Limit what information insurers can demand to information directly related to subject of insurance

We, the Citizens and insurance premiums payers do
require to limit what information is collected in process
of insurance premium quotation/offer to what is directly
related to subject of insurance i.e.
- Car insurance:
Limit it to car make / model / registration number / owner/keeper details / driving license / no claims etc. but do not allow the following to be collected:
owner occupation, if car is used to commute to work or not, if keeper is house owner or not and similar questions not related to car and driving

- Home insurance:
Limit it to home style, age, state of repair, if it is occupied or not and similar but do not allow the question about owners' occupation.

Also change rules of the car insurance to make every policy "any driver" i.e. everybody who has valid license and is not under influence of alcohol/drugs is allowed to drive a car and if fully comp. is paid it applies in this case as well because it is paid for!
