Rejected petition Reform the referendum process to avoid ugly divisions, uncertainty & stagnation
The recent EU & Scottish Independence Referendums caused unpleasant divisions & unwanted economic consequences across the UK & Scotland respectively. Reform is required and new rules need to be adopted to deliver a clear majority result (over 60%) and avoid these damaging consequences.
