Closed Live Life: Home Support for Mental Health Patients

There is no home support available from the NHS in my area and many others for patients, such as myself, who suffer with Agoraphobia and other debilitating mental health issues.
This needs to change. And Soon.
There are many of us who could be valuable and active members of society on so many levels who are hindered by our inability to step outside our own front doors. It's time to LIVE LIFE.
