We call on the Government.
That Council’s be compelled by legislation to suspend the right to buy sales of Council housing, where demand for council housing exceeds its supply.
Within the legislation a provision be made to end the right to buy sales of new build council housing, in order to protect and preserve council housing for the people here and now and future generations in housing need.
