The C.P.C. is a complete a utter waste of time, effort and (importantly, your) Money! The supposed purpose of the C.P.C. is to raise the standard of driving throughout europe.
How can this be possible if you are only required to "attend" there is no requirement for Pass/Fail testing you do not even have to stay awake!
If you are a foreigner driver working in this country; and cannot speak English you will still obtain your C.P.C. How is this raising the standards?
Under current legisation, If you break a law you will be punished. Ignorance is no defence. The exact same laws will apply in the future.
We do not require another tier of bureaucracy
