Rejected petition travel companies refund customers who are afraid to travel amid coronavirus

People who are afraid to travel on pre covid-19 booked holidays are loosing all their hard ernt money. The travel company's will not cancel any trips as if they do they have to refund, they will happily let thier customers potentially die rather than refund them, government should make this happen.
