This e-petition is to stop local councils from using cctv (static & mobile) to issue PCNs for parking and other motoring offences.
PCNs should be issued by council wardens at the time of the offence not sent by post weeks later.
Mobile cctv vehicles should be stopped from collecting data, it is an infringement of the public rights.

The government should stop all local councils from using cctv (static & mobile) for motoring offences, with the police being the only people allowed to use mobile cctv for motoring offences
