Healthcare workers risk their and their families lives to support the community and if they get ill from work, they should get compensation, not just the sick pay.

Healthcare professionals never get recognition or adequate pay for what they do to the community. They are risking everything for the community and they should get deserved recognition by paying extra for their service.
In this critical situation of this pandemic, it’s going to be the best thing govt can do to support public health workers.
