Rejected petition Get rid of disabled assessments for people with lifetime disability.

It’s pointless to reassess disabled people who were born disabled. Nothing is going to change, it could get worse but it’s not likely to get any better. Stop making disabled people panic.

I think assessments should be reserved for people who have just became disabled and not by birth.
