We would like to ask UK Government to take necessary actions to prevent further spread of COVID-19.

Firstly, the UK Government should start testing more people in order to publish the real number of people infected.
Secondly, UK Government should start the following actions in order to limit large gatherings: cancel upcoming events/festivals; introduce new rules in restaurants, pubs, cinemas, indoor/outdoor markets; and more places; encourage home working; close schools, colleges, and universities; encourage old people to stay safe at home, more controls in all airports.

Why was this petition rejected?

There’s already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
