Petition Judges to be compelled by law to tell juries their RIGHTS, as well as their duties.

Judges are very precise in giving juries their instructions.
What they conspicuously do NOT tell jurors is that they have an absolute right to return a not guilty verdict if they believe that the defendant has breached the law, but they consider the law itself to be fundamentally unjust and the defendant in the right, or if they believe that the prosecution is being brought for malicious purposes, or that there is a hidden agenda in bringing such a prosecution, or they simply believe a prosecution not to be in the public interest.
We demand that an offence be created, able to be committed by any judge who at any time withholds this information from a jury at the time of swearing-in.
Such judges should, we believe, always lose their positions and, in addition, be liable for a sentence of up to 6 months imprisonment and/or a fine of up to £1,000 plus costs.
