Currently, chronically sick/terminally ill people are exempt fom paying VAT on mobility aids, but sometimes have to jump through hoops to claim it back or prove their eligibility. People who need them but aren't in this category must pay VAT regardless. Mobility aids are not a luxury and NOBODY should have to pay VAT on them, they're expensive enough without it. Scrap VAT on all mobility aids to give better access to those who need them but aren't "chronically" sick.
