Bank of England to print sufficient money so that the Government is able to pay out to every native and naturalized UK citizen over the age of 18 £5million over their lifetime.
As a consequence all welfare payments would be cancelled to allow the Government to save over £200bn (2010/2011) per annum.
This would not only effectively end poverty (child,fuel,food) but would reduce the deficit.
