That for any bank operating retail banking, the top remuneration should be as great as, but should not exceed that earned by the prime Minister.

Those working for the bank should do so to provide services to individuals and businesses to get the country's economy thriving, and not for solely for themselves

No bonuses are necessary. Bonuses should only be paid to those individuals in any organisation giving special service - putting their life on the line - for example front line armed forces.
