Closed Re-home Peter Chapma, ex service man with MS

Peter Chapman is an ex service man who was medically discharged from the service with MS. He needs the use of a wheel chair now days, yet Melton Council have put him in a bed sit that he cannot move around in a wheel chair, meaning he cannot use his kitchen, or get in and out of his own home with ease. He has asked the council to be moved but they say they have no houses available.
