Panic buying has already cleared shelves and caused issues with supply and I have seen numerous examples of this impacting vulnerable members of our society. Only yesterday I was behind an elderly gentleman buying Ibuprofen for his arthritis because he couldn't get paracetamol, despite his Drs advice not to use ibuprofen.
