those whom claim work benefits (this will exclude those in specific categories eg disabled) will only be put on a 6 month plan, were they are payed their benefits as usual. When this period is finished they will have one of two choices the may

1.continue to claim benefits but must do an amount of hours or community service a week

2.they will be given a job even if it will mean it is cleaning toilets and minimum wage
