Rejected petition To exclude exams and allow all students to finish the year with predicted grades
Exams are approaching in a matter of months and with the outbreak of covid-19 this has caused massive disruption in education and restricting pupils from reaching full potential in exams, the use of predicted grades will put everyone in a ‘fair’ position going forward into the next academic year

The deterioration of mental health in the uk is also affected by the rising cases of covid-19(2000) It’s simply unfair with the level of disruption in education currently getting worse, it will hinder/derail ones future ambitions in the long term. This will affect country’s competitiveness on a global scale. Furthermore allowing students to still attend education will aid in spreading the virus as it means they come in contact with more people, causing negative externalities on our environment.
