Action against unfair rental charges for university accommodation when they are forced to close, by the Government, due to the pandemic. The Government should wave off or reimburse the rent.

It does not make sense for students to stay in university accommodation when there are no face-to-face lectures taking place.
This means that students will be paying for a vacant room for the next few months.
