The use by Recruitment Agencies of Ghost or cover Vacancies at Job Centres, the job advertised will be fictitious,and is used to sign unemployed to the Agencies register,confidential information is then collected.

This practice is not only disturbing to the unemployed, but is also costing the DWP billions of pounds in administrative costs.
