Rejected petition Assess key workers' health before forcing them to work against COVID-19.
Many key staff are being pushed to the front line of the Coronavirus epidemic such as Doctors, Nurses, Police Officers and Delivery Workers.
There's no evidence that they are being individually risk-assessed, even though they should have the same rights as all other citizens in the UK.
More details
Key workers over the age of 60 with underlying health problems should be offered more protection. No one should be put under undue risk just because of their job. A doctor who is 65 and has serious underlying lung disease should not be forced to work in A&E.
You might be lucky enough to work from home, but please consider those who are on the frontline.
