Rejected petition release of prisoners who are low risk/serving less than 3 years/ minor offences
During this spread of Coronavirus, prisons have stated they will be going into lock down. What this means for prisoners:
- no visits from loved ones
- no daily regime such as education/Gym/socialising time on the wing
- less frequent or no showers
- no contact with friends and family

(B) Serving a custodial sentence for a minor offence
(C) Low risk prisoners
