Rejected petition Council tax payment-defer the 10 month payments from Apr20-Jan21 to June20-Mar21

Instruct local councils to move the 10 month payment schedule from April 20- Jan 21 to June 20-March 21. This defers payment and falls into line with the current Coronavirus issues related to mortgage payment deferrals -this ensures the council still receive the funds due within 10 month schedule

To ease the financial burden at the time it is needed for all of those people affected. This is not intended to renege on the payments due. Just a recognition and flexibility to adapt to the changing societal circumstances
