Petition More fish quota for <10m to save the fishing fleet

<10m fishing fleet is in crisis as it is not allowed to land enough fish to earn a sustainable living/pay their bills. We want Government to step in and give inshore boats who fish within the 6 mile limit a fairer share of quota.
Currently 85% of our fishing fleet share only 3-4% of the UK Quota - this is crucifying communities and the industry.
Also:-
Discards need to be stopped.
Experienced (fisherman) need to be employed in setting quotas for their area.
Area IV needs sub-dividing to get clearer representation.
Factory ships are unsustainable and need to be de-commissioned.
