Given that supermarkets and shops seem unable to prevent panic buying and hoarding of essential food and supplies during the Coronavirus outbreak the Government must introduce a system of rationing.

Vulnerable citizens are finding it difficult to get essential supplies. It is only fair that everyone has a chance to buy whatever is available.
