Rejected petition Rescue British citizens stranded abroad due to covid 19

Send rescue flights for the hundreds of citizens currently isolated and potentially at risk, especially in remote areas such as Honduras and Peru.

These are commonly young people travelling alone. The countries are in lockdown and food is scarce. There is often a lack of safe drinking water. My daughter is a healthcare professional who wants to come home to work. At the moment most are healthy. Please prevent the disastrous consequences of them becoming ill abroad.
