As HM Govt can give £27 million in aid to Argentina, we who sign this petition demand HM Govt do not allow the MOD to sell, donate or hire out the national Icon HMS Victory due to lack of £16 Million, we want HM Govt to ring fence HMS Victory to be preserved and remain a fitting tribute to England greatest sea commander
