Richard Branson is raising awareness on how mis-treated drug addicts are. It is my belief that locking drug addicts up is wrong, addiction is an illness that should be treated - not ignored. I am petitioning for help for drug addicts, not criminal sentences. Instead, use those precious resources to keep the drug dealers and drug pushers off our streets!
