As in some European Countries we should introduce a system where Overseas Visitors / Hauliers purchase a Temporary RFL (Car Tax) set at a suggested weekly £20 / monthly £50 / Annual £150 limit for use of the UK road network. The income derived should be used by HM Treasury to offset Fuel Duty therefore lowering the cost to UK residents, benefiting the Economy as a whole.
