Rejected petition Make Banks/Finance/Credit card companies freeze payments until lockdown Is over.

There are companies and banks who are refusing to freeze payments during the lockdown. Their excuse is “the government hasn’t told us to freeze yet” so the government should take action so people can concentrate on the things that are needed most now. Medicine and supplies.

More details

There are companies and banks who offer loans and car finance who are refusing to freeze payments for a few months during the corona virus situation. When asked to freeze payments they are saying the government has not told them to do it so they won’t. The government should make this rule so people can concentrate on buying food and household goods to support their loved ones.
