More details

I would like to see all category A and B riders/drivers re-assessed every 7-10 years. This will be a 30 minute assessment on driving skills and attitude. Should the candidate fall below the required level, they will be invited to attend a training course before attempting the re-assessment again.
It will save lives, reduce accidents, reduce insurance premiums, create revenue and create jobs.
