Rejected petition Cancel payment of the last installment in the UK's student halls.

We are almost at the end of the second semester and because of the corona virus the University's lectures had to stop.However this situation doesn't seem to come to an end in the near future and the semester is officially over for many courses but we still have to pay for the student accommodation.

The Government should take action and come to a compromise, with the landlords and corporations that works with the accommodations, so students won't have to pay the last installment of their accommodation rent.This unfortunate period of time is already really difficult for everyone ,but especially for international students that most of them do not have the choice to return to their countries and homes anymore and therefore the psychological pressure is clearly greater for them.
