Rejected petition Postpone council tax payments for two months due to Coronavirus

I propose that the council tax that is due to commence in April 2020 be postponed by two months and then is paid right up until March 2021 instead.

It will enable households, particularly the self-employed to reduce their outgoings at a time of extreme financial stress.
