Rejected petition Bonus on tax return for all NHS staff and care workers

To show there appreciation to all the NHS for all there hard work while most of the uk is isolated.

I would like the Government or Parliament to help these NHS staff out while times are hard for everyone they are working all these house to help everyone else so please help them with a little bonus on there tax return
