Simple allow NHS workers to park for free at their place of work to help then avoid public transport risks to them and other passengers to and from work.
In this time of crisis and self isolation it is imperative that personal contact is kept to a minimum, allowing free parking at work is essential for NHS staff to drive their own vehicle to work
