Rejected petition Pause button hit across all financial institutions to prevent collapse.
UK & global financial institutions (stock exchanges, banks etc) should hit a pause button before markets, companies and jobs collapse.In these emergencies the Government must ensure that recorded wealth prior to the collapse of markets does not disappear.

To enable Companies to carry on as is and do not continually pay off personnel to keep the shareholders happy; high wealth individuals and those in government circles do not profiteer on the stock exchange, i.e. buying and selling shares. Requesting everyone to take on additional loans (if they can get) will not solve the problems if there is no work.
