Why do company in europe bend the rules when biding for large engineering project when the UK appear not. Take the case of Bombardier bid for Thames link. Can,t see no reason why Bombardier didn't get the contract apart from europen rules. France and Germany build 98% plus of there own trains and we can't relay on service sector as main source of emplyment
