Rejected petition Grant PSV license holders, class2 licence to help deliver goods during covid-19.

Psv licence holder drive much larger and heavier vehicles, with the worlds most vital cargo, HUMANS!!! So grant them class 2 entitlement to be able to help deliver goods whilst most psv drivers are out of work
