The creation of an Emergency Department in Loughborough, Leicestershire. Currently there is only one Emergency Department that covers the city of Leicester, the counties of Leicestershire and Rutland and that is based at Leicester Royal Infirmary and it is struggling to cope. A second ED is essential in Leicestershire.
