Whereas humans need to be responsible for their animals, putting unnatural substances in them is wrong. There is too much control and track in our society. We should never legally force a procedure on animals or on their owners. Nor do we have the right to control their reproductivity by operation. The way for safer dog behaviour is to adopt a partnership approach to training, not ownership/mastery.
