Rejected petition University accom providers to make last semester free as university’s close

Stop university students being charged last semester’s rent by their housing providers for students who have returned to their paternal residence.

The contract between tenants and landlords in this scenario has been frustrated. The purpose of student accommodation is so that we live closer to uni. University campus’s have now closed entirely thus defeating the purpose of this property which, with reference to numerous judicial rulings, will frustrate the tenancy agreement.
