Give construction workers financial assistance so that they can join the lockdown imposed on other non key-workers.

Because construction workers are using public transport needed for key workers, making it impossible to keep social distancing in place while commuting. The Government say TfL need to increase services - this is turning into a political debate which will cause unnecessary deaths. The Government should act instead of requiring TfL to act.
