Rejected petition Kony 2012
More details
Joseph Kony, the leader of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), is one of the world's worst war criminals. He abducts children from their homes, forcing them to become soldiers and sex slaves, and orders them to murder their neighbours.
He has been indicted in the International Criminal Court since 8 July 2005 on 12 counts of crimes against humanity and 21 counts of war crimes with regard to the situation in Uganda.
The government must aid the Ugandan Army in the arrest of Joseph Kony, the disarming of the LRA and the effort to bring the child soldiers home.
