To review the 80% and include key workers who are told to isolate, or are advised to isolate for their own health as they are high risk.

Key workers whose industries are not being closed down but are being told to isolate - either due to symptoms or being high risk - are then hit further in the pocket after putting their health at risk and atching Covid-19, or are unable to work despite being fit to due to being classed as high risk for their own health. They should and MUST be eligible for the 80% scheme.
