Rejected petition Give NHS workers a substantial pay rise. It’s what they deserve!

Give NHS workers a substantial pay rise to reflect how crucial they are to keeping the British people alive and healthy. Especially in our most challenging times.

More details

NHS staff are under appreciated. Whenever a person needs medical attention they deliver the necessary care.
This is the case 24 hours a day 365 days a year. NHS workers put the health of others ahead of their own and work tirelessly in sometimes impossible situations to deliver the best care possible to their patients. The current pandemic has amplified this.
Now is the time for the British Public to realise that an increase in National Insurance is worth it to pay our NHS workers more.
