Rejected petition Give support for child care to all workers in the public sector.

Volunteer are needed in Scotland to provide child care to children which parents are classed as key workers helping fight COVID19. Some key workers do not have support to look after their children. If they do not receive support for their children to be looked after, they can't go to work.

More details

My little brother has been denied acceptance into the child care support package for key workers of the NHS. Children who's parents are nurses and doctors have been given more priority. My mum is a NHS worker and she was denied because there are not enough volunteers to look after children whos parents are fighting this virus. As a consequence my mum can't go to work next week because she doesn't have anyone to look after her son. We need more support for key workers for the public sector.
