Rejected petition Stop government from introducing tougher social distancing laws.
People’s right to get daily exercise must not be removed from the current social distancing laws. It is reported that the government may introduce even tougher laws on social distancing and make it illegal to go out and get any daily excercise .
More details
The current law must not be made tougher. For example, those living in a flat it would have major consequences to their health, both physical and mental health. It is vital that everyone is allowed to go outside for their daily exercise.

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
The Government has not stated any plans or taken any action to prevent people from leaving their homes to exercise daily. Decisions about whether people have left their homes without a reasonable excuse are a matter for the police, and not the Government or Parliament.
If the Government imposed and additional restrictions you could start a new petition calling for these to be removed.
