working people who pay tax and national insurance
in this country can be subject to drink and drug testing at their place of work failing this random test can lead to you being sacked.
but if your out of work a drug addict or compulsive drinker you can sign on the dole and giros are from the taxes we pay
the benifit state was created to help the poor
if you fail a drug drink test whilst on benifits and prove positive you should be refused the right to claim benifits
